Your item(s) will ship within 24 hours of your cleared payment on weekdays (Monday – Friday) and within 1 business day post-weekends and holidays.
Item(s) will be shipped to the Shipping Address specified via PayPal. We are unable to change the Shipping Address once payment has been made.
A ‘Tracking Number’ or ‘Delivery Confirmation Number’ will be emailed to you once your item has shipped.
Orders over the amount of $200 will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Orders under the amount of $9.99 may ship without Delivery Confirmation.
Delivery Confirmation is not a Tracking Number and will not be updated until after the item is delivered. Local pick-ups are not allowed.
Returns
Refunds can only be made within 30 days of purchase, except for Certified Refurbished items which is 90 days.
Exchanges can only be made within 60 days of purchase, except for Certified Refurbished items which is 90 days.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee (aside from select verified defects).
Buyer is responsible for Shipping-and-Handling charges, Cover Postage and Packaging Costs, as well as Return Shipping.
You MUST contact us prior to returning any item and obtain an RMA #. This is to ensure the exchange is processed smoothly and effectively.
