There are 2 output wires, If you only use one output wire, You’d better put some insulating tape on the other output wire’s joint seperatly. Otherwise it will cause short circuit.

Maybe the overcurrent protective switch (in the power supply) disconnect. You need to wait about 10 minutes.
It will be auto recovered. Then reconnected it, it will work well.
